Contact Us
The instance you contact us, we will begin building a picture of your individual needs. We will arrange for one of our team to do a home visit at your convenience to complete our assement form and to prioritise an Action Plan. Of course we will bring our expertise and answer your questions, but the main aim of this visit is to listen and understand how you would like us to help. We will put this information into a detailed assessment, which, if you decide to accept our services, will form the basis of “Making your house a home for a lifetime”.
Home Assessment
Our Prevention and Intervention plans are built around our Comprehensive Home Assessment. We aim to be as unobtrusive as possible, enabling our clients to increase their independence. Before we commence any action we will present you with a draft Plan to review and approve. We will schedule a Monthly time to complete the tasks that have been outlined our aim is to have a time that is the same every month you will be sent a text prior to us arriving and if relevant work will be photographed.
Scheduled Visit
We will strive to meet your preferred visit times and consult you about which Handyman is best suited to visit, as it’s very important that you get along and can build good relationships. We will introduce a small, consistent team. we aim to surpass everyone’s expectations with our delivery and support. We provide the levels of care we would want for our own family members and we pride themselves on being happy to go the extra mile. We aim to be fully flexible and responsive, working with clients and their families whenever changes are needed.
Most importantly: Communication
Communication is key: we will keep detailed notes on our system to ensure if required information is shared, and any changes required are responded to quickly. Our assessment team will make follow up calls and spot-checks.
