The customer service team at MrHandyPro is happy to answer any enquiries, questions or requests you may have with regard any present or future works on your property. The team will do their best to provide advice assistance, information and guidance.

MrHandyPro Complaints Procedure
If for any reason you are not satisfied or are unhappy in anyway with the level of service provided by us then please let us know. We will endeavour to resolve this as soon as possible. MrHandyPro treats all complaints seriously and we will aim to resolve any problem promptly.
MrHandyPro will aim to resolve your complaint at the earliest possible stage. We will thoroughly investigate the matter and do everything we can to come to a satisfactory conclusion as quickly as possible. We will usually send our response to you in writing no later than eight weeks after receipt of your complaint. Remember any issues or problems caused from our workmanship will be covered by our 1 Year Guarantee.
We will keep you informed of our progress and the measures being taken to resolve your complaint.
If our final response is not issued within eight weeks of the date we received your complaint, we will write to you explaining why we have been unable to resolve your complaint and indicate when we will make further contact. You are welcome to contact us at any time to check the status of our investigation.
